Check all hoses for wear, bulge or abnormal surfaces. .

Change air filter..

Bleed power steering

Diesel engines:

Check injectors and heater plugs. Check valve clearances.

Clean front timing cover filter (TDi's)

Petrol engines:

Check compression. Check valve clearance (not on V8's- they have self-adjusting followers).

Change Oils in Main Gearbox (V8's only)

Every second year:

Renew oils in Mainbox, transfer box, differentials and swivel pin housings
